Where else can you dance with your favorite pooch and still be considered socially acceptable? At the Bark & Whine Ball, of course. In a city that prides itself on unconventional behavior, this is still the one and only party of its kind in town.
I almost wish I had a dog. I bet this is more fun than we think!
