Well, maybe not. Even though I was off, my Richard had inventory this weekend. Usually easy for him. But, we have to remember he’s at his new gig. Apparently it was a nightmare. I think he’s maybe had 2 hours of sleep all weekend. Poor thing.
But I was home all weekend, and my plan was to have a nice dinner tonight. I got some pre-marinaded basil Ahi tuna from the Whole Foods, as well as some goodies from the Trader Joe’s excursion earlier today. It all turned out great really. My salads was fresh. The fish was delicious as was the parmesan risotto. For desert I did a pastry cookie ice cream sandwich covered with a hot caramel-fudge. Mmm.
But my boo was tired, and fell asleep right after Desperate Housewives. Aww. He is working too hard.
