I know I'm trying to eat healthy these few weeks before vacation, but I feel like having nachos and I'm in no mood to argue with myself. ...mmmm, nachos.

The best nachos I have ever made, and granted this was while I was pregnant, were made with Habenero cheese and served with peach salsa. The combo of extreme heat mixed with sweetness was soooo good.
