Just when things seem to be really bad and overwhelming something comes along to really make you re-think things. For me, it was my paycheck. Our store made sales plan. That means as a manager I got my incentive. Let's just say the number looked more attractive than in my previous position. A lot more attractive. I knew it was figured differently now, but wow. I really need to try to be happier at work. Wow.
