Wow! It is a big weekend down here (or over here, depending on you geographical orientation). First of all, the city is packed. Traffic is horrible. Parking is tragic. Why? Two major events.
First off, we have our gay pride. As we know, I am not that big on pride events. But hey, new city, blah, blah, blah… I want to at least look at the filth festival!
The other major event is the Street Scene. There are some great bands playing this thing. Not to mention, one of my favorites, Garbage. Too bad I already missed them. Today still looks good though.
Awww, Peaches, No wonder I didn’t hear from you for Pride. Don’t worry, you missed NOTHING!!! Something that I’ve learned from living around the country, if you’ve been to one Pride, you’ve been to them all. I’m just getting in from it, and man are my dogs barking! Time for a shower, a glass of wine, and a vicodin.
