Have you noticed I have been less than attentive lately? My bad. Work is busy. Actually too busy, and due to some ‘mickey mousing’ with the schedule I am now stuck with a 12 hour day tomorrow. 12 hours! I can only be pissed at myself for forgetting that I scheduled 2 new hires for training. By me. At ten in the morning. So that, combined with the closing shift that I agreed to puts me at 10-10. Ayup.
Hell. But I say at least it’s on my terms… I will be seen working a 12 hour day, but I am on my terms. I did it.
I suck.
Anyhoo, time for bed and junk. Maybe tomorrow I will be interesting again.
I know what you’re going through my dear… I empathize. I, too, have been a bad blogger due to drowning in work. I am currently in Noordwijk, Netherlands, for a work meeting - and the weather in Holland just bloody sucks thanks to global warming (much chillier, cloudier, and rainier than expected this time of year). Keep your chin up!
